No more 45 minutes to an hour to tiedown only to have them work loose. ---> You're doing something very wrong. (1) Biker Bar frame mount to floor. ---> I have been on the floor of many biker bars, but never have been mounted. (4) Cargo Buckles - retractable and self tightening ---> Yes. (1) Vice [sic] choke [sic] by Handi [sic] ---> Do you mean a CV-17 Cycle Vise by Handy Industries? You only need the choke when the engine is cold.
